K wasn’t feeling well last Wednesday, so I stayed home with her for the day. It was a great day to stay home because there were wind gusts of up to 90 km/hour out there, so I was happy we didn’t have to brave those winds. K laid around most of the day watching those horrible YouTube videos, but she did ask to make play dough at one point, and I obliged. I found a great recipe on Pinterest that we’ve been using for a while. It makes the best play dough that doesn’t stick to ANYTHING, it’s soft, and it takes forever to dry out. If you keep it in a Ziploc bag in the fridge, it lasts for weeks. We made purple, but you can use food colouring to make it any colour you like.
Try out the recipe and let me know what your kid(s) think of it.
